Welcome to Hills, a mobile application operated by Hills Systems (“Hills”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hills app.

By accessing or using Hills, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Hills. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Platform

Hills is a local discovery and information platform that helps users find nearby shops, services, and businesses.

Hills:

• Does not process payments
• Does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or quality
• Does not provide delivery or fulfillment services
• Is not a party to transactions between users and businesses

All interactions, negotiations, purchases, and arrangements occur directly between users and third parties.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Business and Shop Information

Businesses, agents, or contributors that submit shop or service information are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided.

Hills does not independently verify all listings and does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Hills, you agree to:

• Verify information before engaging with a business
• Use the app lawfully and respectfully
• Take reasonable precautions when interacting with third parties

Any engagement with businesses found through Hills is at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use Hills for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the app’s functionality or security
• Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

The Hills app, name, logo, and associated content are owned by Hills Systems or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hills is not liable for losses, damages, disputes, or injuries arising from interactions between users and third parties
• Hills does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app

Your use of Hills is at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Misuse the platform

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the platform.
